Individualized Sessions
Vision casting- The first step to realizing your potential is to envision where you want your life to be. Through our one on one sessions, we will work together to establish your goals and create a map to guide you along the way.
Personal coaching- As a certified Life, Health, and Wellness Coach, I look forward to supporting your personal or professional life goals.
Mindful Meditation- Offered in 30 to 60 minute sessions to guide you in stress management and mindful centering techniques.
We can meet in person, telephone, video-chat, or instant messaging. Sessions can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly according to your needs and availability.

Group sessions
Goal development- Sometimes brainstorming as a group is helpful in determining where you want to be. These sessions offer hands-on group facilitation in goal setting and health education.
Group exercise- What's more fun than exercising in a group? Group exercise is a great way to spend time with your friends, burn off some steam and enjoy each others' company. Various forms of fitness training are available: Circuit, weight training, outdoor excursions, and yoga.

Rates
Initial Individual Consultation: 1.5-2 hours - $250.00
NEW CLIENT SPECIAL $150.oo (for a limited time)
Follow-Up Individual Consultations: 45 mins -1 hour - $95.oo
Group Exercise: (11-20 people) - $15.00 per person per hour.
(2-10 people) - $30.00 per person per hour.
Extra fees may apply in some Outdoor Adventure excursions
