Confidentiality Policy

 It is the policy of Cholet Center for Learning and Wellness LLC that employees will not disclose confidential information belonging to, or obtained through their affiliation with DrValWellness.com  to any person, including their relatives, friends, and business and professional associates, unless Cholet Center for Learning and Wellness LLC has authorized disclosure. This policy is not intended to prevent disclosure where disclosure is required by law. In instances where information is revealed that indicates a risk of harm to the client or others, appropriate authorities must be notified.  Furthermore, all employees of Cholet Center for Learning and Wellness LLC are regarded as mandated reporters and in this capacity are required by law to disclose information in accordance with state law mandated reporting procedures.
